Intellectual PropertyContent uploaded by users, such as photos of receipts, is used solely for verification purposes (date, time, location, and total spend) to confirm attendance at happy hours. We do not claim ownership of these photos. Contributors who add restaurants and happy hours grant us ownership of the photos and information they upload, except where such content is provided by the restaurants themselves or sourced from public domains, in which case it is considered freely available for use and distribution.3. Dispute ResolutionShould a dispute arise between you and Happy Hour Hopper, we initially seek resolution via email at happyhourhopper@builtrightos.com. If unresolved, any necessary arbitration will be conducted privately and in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.4.
